3. Technical Specifications (Above are just image found in other website and they are not the one)
3.1 The Contractor shall provide 300 pieces of tables with castors that meet the following specifications:
Table with Castors (Qty : 300) Quotation Closing on 17 Jul 2023 01:00PM S/No. Item Description1 Table with castors (Square base on size)- Table size is approximately 700mm ± 15mm (L) x 500mm ± 15mm (W) x min 25mm (Thick) for wooden table-top.- Table height is approximately 750mm ± 15mm.- Shelf/rack under table are not required.- Table must be able to fold and nest when not in use.- Table must not topple during moving after folding.- Table must be structurally strong and stable with minimum moving parts.2 Table-top - Laminated table-top with minimally 3mm Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) trimming on all sides. All sharp edges must be rounded off to minimise possible safety hazards.- Supplier to include available laminate choices during submission of quote.- Table-top must be locked in place when open for use.- Table-top must be locked in place when folded.3 Frame and Castors- metal table legs with powder-coat finishing.- Supplier to offer preferably at least 2 choices of powder-coated finishing colour for selection. - Front modesty panel for privacy. - Hard floor or carpet roll-away resistant castors with quiet roll feature. - Castors do not require lockable feature.- Leg room under the table must be able to accommodate legs of an average-sized adult seated on a standard plastic chair.- Width of frame must be able to accommodate the existing standard chair’s leg span of at least 550mm.- Entire frame dimension (including castors) shall not exceed the dimension of the tabletop so that tabletops will flush and are without gaps when clustered together.
4 Folding Mechanism- Table folding mechanism must be easy for users to manage without much force/strength needed or risk of injuring fingers.5 Warranty- Minimum 12 months on-site warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of final acceptance.- During the warranty period, replacement of all defective parts or items, and any other work required to make good all defects shall be carried out at no cost to the Authority.6 Other Requirements- Supplier shall provide in quotation the picture of proposed Table with castors with clear annotation of Dimensions, including brochures and/or catalogues.- Supplier shall provide sample of table(s) and colour swatches at no cost for the Authority’s evaluation within 1 week upon request.
