The Contract Period is for a firm period of 12months (1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025 [FY2024]) with an option to extend up to another 12 months (1 April 2025 - 31 March 2026 [FY2025])B. The appointed Supplier is required to deliver the goods to the designated location as instructed. The expiry date of the goods must be of at least 1 year from date of delivery for items with a shelf life stated on packaging.C. The renewal of the option year will be subject to a review of requirements and the Contractor’s performance.D. All samples must be labelled to show the tender reference number, item number and the tenderer’s company name and contact details. The goods delivered shall not deviate from the samples submitted for evaluation.
